Terms of Service

By using champ-analytics.com or buying a pass, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. This site is not directed at children. If you are buying on behalf of a household or league, you are responsible for everyone you give access to.

2. What the service is

Championship Analytics publishes a statistical fantasy football draft board: projections, published outcome ranges, boom/bust probabilities, tiers, and an audit line for every player, plus tools built on top of that board. It is information you use to make your own decisions.

3. Research limitations

Projections, probabilities, tiers, and comparisons are estimates based on historical and current information. Results are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for every lineup, draft, trade, waiver, or other decision. Championship Analytics is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.

4. Your license and account

Your pass is a personal, non-transferable license for one person. Do not share it, resell it, republish or redistribute the board, scrape the site, or use it to build a competing product. The board and everything on the site are our intellectual property. Your purchase grants access to use the service; it does not transfer ownership.

We may suspend or revoke access without a refund or credit if a pass is shared, resold, used to redistribute the board, used to interfere with the service, or otherwise used in material breach of these terms.

5. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. The season pass is a single charge that does not renew. The monthly plan renews every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize those recurring charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. All purchases are final and non-refundable, with no prorated refunds or credits, except where required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card. 6. Data sources and accuracy

Player data is derived from publicly available and licensed sources, including nflverse and charting data. Average draft position is shown as Market ADP alongside our own ranking for comparison. We rebuild the board weekly through draft season and it will change; the figures shown on any given day are the figures for that day. We do not warrant that any number is error-free, complete, or current.

ESPN Sync is an optional, user-triggered browser extension. When you run it, you direct the extension to read league data visible to you in your own signed-in ESPN session and send only that league data to Championship Analytics. The extension does not read or send your ESPN password, cookies, or reusable session values, and it does not perform background sync. You may use it only for leagues and data you are authorized to access. ESPN may change or block the underlying experience at any time, so we do not promise continuous availability or automatic freshness.

7. Provided “as is”

The site and everything on it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We aim to keep the site up, especially during draft season, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. If a technical problem prevents access, contact support so we can investigate and restore the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost leagues, lost bets, lost bragging rights, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss, or cost that arises from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

10. Independent service

Championship Analytics is independent. Team and player names are used descriptively. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed by the National Football League, any club, ESPN, Disney, or any other league, provider, or governing body.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a recurring plan, we will provide notice before it takes effect so you can cancel future renewals. Changes do not reduce access already purchased. Continuing to use the site after an updated term takes effect means you accept the updated term.

12. Disputes and applicable law

Contact support before filing a claim so we have an opportunity to address the issue. Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
